Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Since our products are printed on demand and customized, returns for reasons other than defects or damage are generally not accepted. Please ensure you double-check all customization details before placing your order.
