Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us in its original packaging.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Since our products are printed on demand and customized, returns for reasons other than defects or damage are generally not accepted. Please ensure you double-check all customization details before placing your order.
